Limited Availability and Maternity Leave

Dear clients,
Through 4/15/24, I have limited availability prioritizing existing clients, but I will make exceptions for new clients based on the type of coaching and duration sought. New clients should email me at kate@katyjwellness.com to inquire or can schedule a free consultation call to discuss.
From 4/15/24–9/1/24 I will be on maternity leave. During this time, I will not be available for new appointments. If you would like a referral to a trusted coach colleague, please email me with some details about your goal and the type of support you are seeking and I will refer you to an appropriate coach to help meet your needs.

Start your journey toward lasting behavior change with a free 20-minute consultation call. We'll chat about the areas that are most important to you and decide if coaching is the right fit. From there, schedule an intake session to establish the groundwork for our work together. You have the option of scheduling individual sessions as you go, or purchasing a discounted package. Additionally, you can buy individual Guided Imagery sessions or a 4-pack at any time.

With dedication, it's possible to start seeing results after just one session—but it usually takes 3-6 months for a behavior change to become a consistent part of your daily life.

Free 20 minute phone consultation to learn more about the coaching process and determine if we are the right fit for each other at this time.


Intake Session | $120

Initial 60 minute intake session to review our coaching agreement, roles and responsibilities and discuss your goals and hopes for coaching. We will begin to outline your health and wellness vision and identify your high level long-term goal before co-creating your coaching plan in future sessions. This session is used to lay the foundation for our work together, and for you to evaluate your readiness to commit to this coaching partnership and your stated goals.


5-pack Coaching | $475

5 standard 45 minute focused coaching sessions at 5% discount. Ongoing sessions include review of your goals and action items, deep-dive on selected focus areas, strategy brainstorming, new goal setting, etc.


8-pack Coaching | $720

8 standard 45 minute focused coaching sessions at a 10% discount. Ongoing sessions include review of your goals and action items, deep-dive on selected focus areas, strategy brainstorming, new goal setting, etc.


Closing Session | $120

Single 75 minute coaching session to review progress and key insights, strengths and tools to draw on going forward, and outline an ongoing action and maintenance plan to keep your progress going outside of the coaching container.


Single Coaching Session | $100

Single 45 minute coaching session for clients who want added flexibility to book and pay as you go. For discounted rates, purchase a package of sessions that you can schedule as you go.

Also available for recent and former clients who want to add on an extra session to finalize your work, seal in your progress, or deepen your integration of an important focus area. This session can be used as a one-off maintenance check-in to reinvigorate and re-inspire any past goals that need a little extra love and attention.


Single Guided Imagery Session | $120

Single 60 minute guided imagery session to explore an area of well-being beyond the primary, analytical mind-space. Access deeper inner wisdom and guidance, prepare for an upcoming challenge, work with the body's innate self-healing capacities, and more.


4-pack Guided Imagery | $380

4 standard 60 minute guided imagery sessions at a 5% discount. Includes intention setting, guided relaxation, imagery exploration, and grounding/imagery integration.
