What is this program?

A free, 5 week coaching pilot. Participation is fully voluntary. We will explore any area of your personal or professional health or well-being that is most urgent and important to you. All session information is held confidential and secure between you and your coach. Potential areas of exploration include:

  • Management of a chronic condition

  • Optimization of fitness or nutrition

  • Mindfulness, presence, and stress management

  • Time management and organizational skills

How does coaching work?

Coaching is a supportive and generative partnership. As a client, you are invested in the ongoing journey towards growth and behavior change, accountable only to yourself. You approach the coaching process with curiosity, honesty, and a commitment to exploration and reflection.

As a coach, I cultivate a space of safety and empathy and use deep listening, reflection, and guided inquiry along with evidence-based strategies to help you uncover the best path toward your unique health and wellness vision. Together we co-create a flexible, yet concrete action plan to help you achieve your goals, tracking progress as you go.

As part of this coaching pilot you will commit to participating in 5 weekly coaching sessions. The first will be a 60-minute intake session, followed by four 45-minute standard coaching sessions. A final optional 30-minute maintenance planning session will be available to all participants following completion of the initial coaching program. Finally, you will complete a short survey to measure changes across multiple dimensions of health and well-being and to provide your honest feedback on your experience with the program.

About your coach

Kate DiMercurio
Certified Integrative Health and Wellness Coach

I am a certified Integrative Health and Wellness Coach with one master’s degree in Integrative Health Studies and another in Public Administration. I have experience working in the world of fast-paced Silicon Valley tech startups as well as the slower, more cautious world of nonprofits and international development. My varied experience in product and program management, education, operations, and management crystalized a desire to offer my skills and abilities in service of the development, growth, and well-being of others.

In my coaching practice, I work with clients to address and understand the root causes of their health, career and personal challenges. Together we co-create a concrete action plan that helps them achieve their goals, and build a life where they may truly thrive. My approach is holistic in scope and integrative in practice. I create a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients can explore and experiment, adjusting behaviors as they design and implement sustainable habits that lead to balanced health and well-being.
